Annie Mist Thorisdottir, a CrossFit professional athlete hailing from Reykjavik Iceland. She's also a coach and instructor at Crossfit Reykjavik. Annie is the first woman to ever win twice in CrossFit Games. She placed second in the 2010, and 2014 CrossFit Games. Annie Thorisdottir is an Icelandic weightlifter, is also an avid CrossFit athlete, is also a celebrity TV personality. She was the winner of CrossFit Games 2011 and 2012 twice as the first women. Also, she is known for winning the Dubai Fitness Competition in both 2013 and 2017. Annie, along with parents and her siblings, were raised to Reykjavik Iceland. When she was a kid, she was always a lover of exercise and sports. She participated in many school events and earned several medals. In 2009, she participated in the CrossFit Games in California in which she did very well during the initial competitions. Annie Thorisdottir's age is 31 years old (as of 2021). Her height is around 5'7 and her weight approximately about 67 kgs. Annie began her CrossFit journey in California in 2009. She was successful in her initial competitions, placing in the top 10. The team was unable to claim any titles and ended up 11th on the list of final results. In 2010 Annie finished 1st in European Regionals Qualifier. She finished 2nd in CrossFit Games in 2010 under Jami's supervision. The following year, she participated again in CrossFit Games and won them thanks to her outstanding performances. She was the first woman to ever win CrossFit Games. Annie has an impressive 2012. CrossFit Games performance, became the first woman in history to win both CrossFit Games. Silver medals were awarded in 2014. In the year 2021 she received a Bronze medal at the CrossFit Games. Presently, Annie works as a trainer and coach for Crossfit Reykjavik which was started by her. As she has gained more recognition as an athlete Annie has been a face of various sports brands including Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs Renaissance Periodization Nuun Hydration Sidekick Yerbae and many other. In addition, she has her own Youtube channel titled "Annie" and has more than a thousand subscribers. This is where she uploads videos about the diet of her training, life with family and traveling.
